Our NGO has been operating in São Tomé and Príncipe since February 2023, with the aim of guiding and encouraging the population of São Tomé to independently develop a professional career and contribute to the country's economy, taking into account the abilities of each individual. Our areas of intervention are mainly related to vocational training and the education of young people, in order to contribute to the country's economic development.
BAOBÁ is also committed to getting as involved as possible in local communities, whether by donating all kinds of goods or organizing missions for sustainable development. Community awareness is our main focus, as we believe that together we will contribute to a developed country
